Our Hosts
Performance feedback is critical to the goals of the business, the team member, the team, and to you – setting and reinforcing expectations will ensure that everyone knows what creates success. But even the term “feedback” can seem yucky.
One of the biggest challenges for leaders is establishing an environment and rapport that allow for ongoing conversations. Managers often do not feel confident or equipped to empower the best in everyone.
This workshop will provide methods for:
- Creating mutual goals and expectations to ensure everyone achieves the best results
- Using ongoing interactions for individual growth and development
- Providing both positive (reinforcing) and critical (developmental) feedback
- Shifting performance conversation using new tools such as feed-forward, the AID Model, and Two Only
- Understanding Conversational Intelligence – what happens in the brain (both positive and negative) and how to create an experience of “we”
- Ensuring there are no surprises for either of you during performance conversations
